These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Magnetic Muslimah Brand Reset ("MMBR", "the Mentorship"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

The Mentorship

MMBR is a private, 1:1 DM mentorship experience for Muslimah digital marketers. It includes:

• A personalized Instagram & Threads audit.
• Brand positioning and content direction tailored to your page.
• A 30-day strategic content plan and reels strategy breakdown.
• Visual direction, content pillars, and Threads growth guidance.
• 30 days of private DM support after the resources are delivered.

There are no Zoom calls, no video calls, no group sessions, and no prerecorded course. Everything is delivered privately through direct messaging and shared resources.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide honest, accurate information about your page and goals.
• Actively implement the strategy and feedback provided.
• Communicate respectfully during the mentorship window.

Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider. Access to the mentorship begins after your payment is confirmed and your account is approved.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, resources, and content shared during the mentorship remain the intellectual property of MMBR. You may use them for your own business but may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share private resources, screenshots of DMs, or personalized strategy publicly without permission. Misuse may result in termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

MMBR provides strategy, guidance, and support — not guaranteed results. Growth and revenue depend on your implementation, consistency, niche, and market conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMBR's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the mentorship.

Termination

We reserve the right to end the mentorship at any time for misconduct, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or mentorship after changes constitutes acceptance.
